The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has released details of assets held by leading political parties of Pakistan.
According to the released information, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is the richest political party in the country possessing assets worth Rs 222,116,406. Further, the documents also showed that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) stand at second and third numbers respectively with assets worth Rs 165,384,423 and Rs 116,424,836.
Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has assets worth Rs 110,653,978, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) has assets worth Rs 58,100,480, Awami National Party (ANP) has assets valued at Rs 41,726,350, and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl (JUI-F) has Rs 28,273,592, according to the released details.
Moreover, Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) possess assets worth Rs. 35,65,818, Pakistani Awami League has Rs. 19,10,434, Sheikh Rasheed’s Awami Muslim League (AML) has Rs. 288,268 and Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) has Rs 30,250.
