KHYBER AGENCY: At least 21 persons including women and children have been killed as the flashflood swept away a van carrying wedding guests in Khyber Agency.
According to political administration, a van carrying 21 wedding guests to a wedding ceremony from Bara to Bazaar Zakha Khel was swept-away with flooding in Tabai area on Saturday, killing 21 persons including women and children
The Rescue teams have retrieved 15 bodies and shifted them to Agency Headquarters Hospital in Landi Kotal for medico-legal formalities. The Rescue teams are busy in searching for remaining six bodies. The deceased’s identity could not be ascertained immediately.
